When making an investment in your property development, product or business, you want to know that your dollars will be well spent. Being on time and on budget is critical.

DCM has work processes in place to ensure that your project is completed in a manner that is organised and made known of well ahead of time. This allows you to plan, and us to avoid confusion and delays in dealing with our clients.

Our Workflow Process

Complete our online contact form, ensuring all required information is provided
We'll contact you to discuss your requirements and get an initial idea of the scope of your project. If we can't help you or feel that your needs are outside the range of our expertise we'll tell you. If we feel confident we can provide you with a quality finished product, then let's get started!
We'll send you a formalised quote to accompany an information pack outlining our detailed workflow proceedure, payment milestones, and personalised contact and support information. We'll also provide you with access details to our development servers where you can watch your project take shape. This allows you to provide valuable feedback to our design and development team.
Once you accept our quote, we'll get started on your project.
Depending on the details we have agreed upon your project will be completed within the specified time and allow for a number of revisions to your design.
Once your project has been completed we offer a complimentary support period of up to 3 months. More can be obtained via negotiation.
